Shipping, Return & Refund Policy

Shipping Policy:

  • All purchases will be shipped within 1 business day after payment by USPS Ground Advantage with Tracking
  • All purchases of $50 or more qualify for free shipping.
  • Multiple items may be combined in same purchase for shipping discount.
  • For all purchases under $50, shipping is $5.00.

Return Policy:

14-day returns on graded card purchases.
  • If the reason for your return is a discrepancy between the product you received and the website product photos and/or description, return shipping will be covered by JP Collectibles.
  • For all other returns, buyer is responsible for the costs of return shipping.
  • If you received free shipping on your purchase and the reason for your return is not due to a discrepancy, a shipping and restocking fee of $5.00 will be deducted from any refunds.
We do not accept returns on ungraded cards.

Return Procedure:

All return requests must be received by email at: barryslegacy@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery of your order. Any return requests received after 14 days from the date of delivery will be rejected.
To be eligible for a return and refund, a returned item must be received in the exact same condition as it was when it was received by you. Any damage, including scratches on cases, will disqualify any approved return from being refunded.
If the reason for your return is a discrepancy between the product received and the listing photos/description, pictures must be provided with the return request, showing the discrepancy.
Once you submit a return request, it will be reviewed and you will receive an email within 72 hours of your request, approving your return if within 14 days from the date of delivery, or denying it if beyond the 14-day return period, with further instructions.
If an approved return is due to a discrepancy, a pre-paid return shipping label will be provided, and your return will be at our expense. Otherwise, customers must arrange and pay for return shipping to: JP Collectibles LLC, 1075 Main Street, #1004, Warrington, PA 18976.
All approved returns must be returned shipped to the above address with verifiable tracking within 7 calendar days after notification of an approved return; otherwise, the approved return will be automatically cancelled, and the item will become non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refunds:

Refunds are only available for approved returns in accordance with the above Return Policy & Procedure.
To be eligible for a refund, a returned item must be received in the exact same condition as it was when it was received by you. Any damage, including scratches on cases, will disqualify any approved return from being refunded even after the item has been returned. For any refund that is disqualified due to damage, you have the option to have the item returned to you for an additional $5.00 shipping charge, which request must be received by JP Collectibles by email within 72 hours after notification of refund cancellation.
Upon our receipt of an approved return item, we will send you an email within 72 hours to either:  a. approve the refund, if no damage is found, and confirm the amount to be refunded; or b. reject the refund, if any damage is found.
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48 hours after notification.
If you haven’t received your approved refund within 48 hours after notification, please check with your credit card company or original payment method, as it may take time on their end before your refund is officially posted.
